McDonald’s Apply Thru
Our McDonald’s client wanted to increase global applications during a worldwide hiring month. To hit ambitious goals, we had to think of a whole new way to apply. So we made it as simple as asking Alexa or the Google Assistant.
A first of its kind application process, we helped McDonald’s create a voice-first approach to starting a job application—the McDonald’s Apply Thru.
In addition to helping guide UX and concept, I also helped flesh out the voice and tone of the skill, balancing the fun of the brand for both Alexa and the Google Assistant, while also keeping in mind the legal requirements of nearly nine international markets.
