Candygrams Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

Candygrams uses iCloud to privately store the stickers you create in the app so you can use them on other devices. We don’t have access to those saved records, that’s private to you, the user.

If you’ve elected to share diagnostic and analytics information with third-party developers as part of setting up your device, we may get periodic, anonymized analytics reports for things like reporting crashes.

Deleting your Data. When you delete saved hearts from the app, Candygrams deletes these from your iCloud storage (when a network connection is available). If you’ve deleted the app and would like to permanently delete data you’ve saved from your iCloud storage, you can do so by deleting it from iCloud inside your device’s Settings app.

If you report an issue over email, Twitter, etc., we may reach out and ask for additional details to try and troubleshoot. Any information you supply during these conversations will only be used to help address technical issues and will not be shared.

Information Usage

Anonymized diagnostic information and analytics collected by your device (as described above) may be used to help make Candygrams more reliable. These do not contain personal or identifiable information.

About Photos Usage

Candygrams allows you to save your creations to your photo library. The app doesn’t read anything about your photo library. That’s creepy. We don’t like creepy.

Third-party Links and Content

Candygrams displays links and content from third-party sources, primarily from Twitter or Instagram. These may have their own privacy policies that are beyond the scope of this document. We assume no responsibility or liability for the content of these sites or their activities.

California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We don’t collect or maintain information from anyone we know to be under the age of 13. Candygrams is not designed or structured to attract users under the age of 13. Should a user under the age of 13 like to use Candygrams, the developer recommends parental supervision.
